Having only ever used international shipping, DHL is amazing. And no time-bats were required, either.

Loved the time bats! And somehow UPS always seems to show up at the WRONG time, like in the early afternoon when normal people work. Granted--I'm not normal, but it's still irritating.

I have trouble with getting UPS to actually deliver packages to my house. The guy who delivers out here knows that it *used to* belong to my husband's grandparents who live up the hill, so he takes our stuff there instead of here. He doesn't even come by and ring the bell. It's really annoying getting the third degree every time something comes via UPS.

Ahh, if only... Granted, it'd be a bit slower, but I'd rather a company be this dedicated to their customers. Probably.
