We also have a really, really poorly designed spine. It's really designed to be held horizontally, and act as a sort of rafter that other supports can hang off of. Positioning it vertically means it has to bear weight along an axis it's not really built to, which is why back problems are so common, especially as you get older. This makes perfect sense if you assume evolution, as we just ended up stuck with a spine that works for a quadruped or semi-erect biped, but not an erect biped... but not so much from a creationist perspective.
