As Corin was deciding what to post he thought that the self-referencing a comment about self-referencing would've gotten stale already. Yet he had a large problem with typing what he was thinking so he posted it anyway.

Bloo decided to comment on the mildly amusing comic strip despite fear of her mail being spammed by comments. She took that risk, a risk that resulted in her demise.
